No Returns on Opened or Cut Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened cement bags or partially used cement.
• Cut steel bars, TMT rods, or any customized steel products.
• Products that have been altered, used, or installed.

Please inspect all goods at the time of delivery and ensure they meet your requirements before acceptance.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please:

• Notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after verifying the issue.

Refund Process

Once your return or replacement request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used cement bags.
• Cut or customized steel bars and TMT rods.
• Special order or customized products.
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
